How it works

Questionnaire, Onboarding, Kickoff Call & Creative Direction Concepts
Before we start, you’ll fill out our website questionnaire. Then, we’ll hop on a call to walk through the project and go over the questionnaire together, answering any questions you or we might have. We’ll also use this as a brainstorming session. We’ll present some creative direction concepts at the end of the day based on our call.

Website Draft & Feedback (Round 1)
You’ll choose a creative direction concept from our first day and we’ll develop that concept into a full website. You’ll be able to then send us through detailed feedback to let us know what you like, don’t like and what you’d like to change!

Website Draft & Feedback (Round 2)
Using feedback from round 1, we’ll make revisions to the website to make sure it fits what you’re looking for. We’ll give you all the elements and add any additional assets we’ve created.

Final Design Approval & Sample Collateral
Any edits and feedback from round 2 will get finialised and we’ll present the final version and any extra elements for your approval. We’ll make tiny adjustments if needed and if we have extra time, create any extra assets you’d like.

Website details, files & offboarding
We’ll create a website guideline with details on how to make changes, edits + more so you’re not left wondering who, what, when, why and how. You’ll get all the files, we’ll have an offboarding call and then we’ll say cyah!
1/2 Design Day
If we think you’re deliverable will only take half a day, we’ll offer a 1/2 Design Day. Similar to our full design day, we’ll work on and deliver your project within the day. You’'ll still recieve templates, packaging, print assets - anything you need.
